These bath salts will blow you mind into a state of relaxation! Most people have heard of adding Epsom salts to their bath water, but we are going to take it a step further and add emotional support to our salt!
Why are bath salts good for you?
Some bath salts encourage the body to detox and rid the body of toxins. Other salts are used to enhance the body’s ability to uptake nutrition. However, not all bath salts are created equally. Unfortunately, store bought can contain a variety of fillers that can be harmful to the body.
Since you will be determining what to put into your bath salt, you will also be able to choose what your intention is behind your salts. For example, if you want something relaxing you can include lavender or chamomile essential oils. Whereas, if your goal is something to invigorate you and wake you up, one might use peppermint or lemon essential oil.
