Starting Simple
Start by getting familiar with the herbs in your kitchen. The seasonings you add to food. Just adding a variety of dried herbs into your dishes will not only enhance the flavors but you will get the benefits they pack as well!
Teas
Herbal teas are another great way to mineralize! But I’m not talking about the tea bag type of tea. I’m talking about getting some organic loose leaf herbs and making an infusion with them. An infusion is when you place your tbsp of tea into an 8 oz mason jar, fill it with hot water and put the lid on. Leave it to steep for at least 4 hours if not overnight to get the full benefit of all that nutritional goodness leaching itself into the water. Keep in mind that this will make for a potent tea. You can then either add more water to thin out the flavor (hot or cold depending on how you prefer to drink it). If you need to you can add some raw local honey and/or lemon to reach desired taste.
What if you hate tea?
Drink it anyways. Use it in the base of your smoothie. Turn it into a popsicle. Add honey, add fruit (lemon, orange), mix it with a healthy juice.

Add the following to a half gallon mason jar. Steep overnight. Strain. Add one drop of orange essential oil to tea as well as ½ cup hot water mixed with 1 Tbsp raw honey. Store in the refrigerator and drink within the week.
