- 2 cups organic powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Initially, we will be making the dough using a mixer by adding all of the ingredients except the flour. Once they are Incorportated add the flour one cup at a time. Using the dough hook attachment, allow the dough to mix for 5 minutes until it forms a smooth ball. Knead the dough on a floured surface into a ball formation. Once this is done, grease a bowl with butter and place your dough inside. Cover with plastic wrap or a towel and allow to rise.
- In the meantime, combine your brown sugar and cinnamon together and set aside.
- Once the dough has doubled in size (an hour or up to 4 later depending on the temperature inside your home) punch the dough down and dump it out onto your floured surface.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Split your dough into 2 portions as this recipe will create 2 loaf sized fritters.
- Roll out your dough and cut into square sized 2-inch portions.
- Then melt your butter.
- Grease your bread pans with butter. Layer the dough in the pan and brush butter over top of the dough. Add a layer of cinnamon sugar apples. Repeat with dough, butter and apples again and finish with a layer of dough and butter.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Allow the breads to cool some before mixing the glaze together and generously drizzling over top of the breads.
- Finally, enjoy!
